What is TIDE and how does it work?
TIDE is a complete project management suite — Gantt, worklog, resources, finance, BI, permissions — with an ever-present private AI assistant. Write what you want to do in natural language and the assistant does it for you: it creates projects, assigns hours, logs time. The classic UI always stays within reach.
Can the AI assistant see and do everything?
No. The assistant can only do and see what is allowed for that specific user. Roles, visibility and granular governance on every project apply to the AI as well.
Do I need training to use TIDE?
In most cases no: if you can describe what you want in words, you already know how to use TIDE. On request we offer onboarding, role-based sessions and dedicated materials.
Where does my project data run?
On European cloud or on-premise, on your servers. TIDE is connected to PRISMA, HTX's private infrastructure for AI models: no project data is ever used to train third-party models.
Can I migrate from another project management tool?
Yes. Import from other tools is included, and for more complex needs we offer guided setup, advanced migration and PM coaching.
