Project Overview #
The project aims to develop and validate in a clinical environment an innovative artificial intelligence system for patient classification according to the ASA-PS scale, with the goal of supporting pre-operative diagnosis and care pathways by reducing inter-observer variability and increasing the reliability of clinical decisions, without such information being transferred online or shared with servers external to the company, particularly if controlled by non-EU entities. This approach is fully aligned with the principles of GDPR regulation and AI Act requirements. The solution will be developed taking into account that it will need to be certified as a medical device.
